The cannery

Our craft canning factory was founded in 1996 in the heart of the Loir et Cher region located Souday/ Couetron du Perche (France).

Since the beginning we make craft tasty jam with 70% of fruits and 30% of sugar.

We give great importance to the quality of the fruits we use. All the fruits are from the region (except the exotic fruits). Fruits are picked at full maturity, and transformed immediately to keep all their flavour freshness and quality.

We do not add any preservatives, acidifying agent or pectin. Our main goal is to rediscover the flavor of yesteryears.

You will discover on our web site a range of traditional jam but also some unusual flavoury jam with weird fruits like the elderberry or the green tomatoes.

Editorial

We wish to share with you the love of the arboriculturists for their fruits through our gourmet jams and make you discover the taste of unusual and forgotten fruits.
